We have modern single seat and double seat sea kayaks for hire. The single seaters are from the popular brand Point-65 (model X-Ray, Crunch, Five-O-Five and X-Lite). The kayaks have good speed and does not require much effort to paddle. Still they are quite stable and does not require eirlier paddle experience. The kayaks have 2 water proof storage rooms of about 135 liters in total. All of them are equipped with a rudder. The prices in the table below include paddle, life west and a spray deck as well as a 20 min introduction course for beginners. Detailed maps in 4 colour prints are included.

Transports
Kinda Kajak is located in the middle of the village Brokind, just 200 meters from the lake Lilla Rängen. If you want to start your trip from Lilla Rängen, we have kayak trolleys for use free of charge. If you have a car with a roof rack you can load 2 kayaks. Soft padding is required which you can borrow from us. For one way paddling, transport can normally be offered. The cost is 60 SEK per kayak plus 4 SEK per kilometer.
Lock passing
From Kinda Kajak direction south there is one lock with one step between the lakes Lilla Rängen and Järnlunden. After that you can go on for many days through wonderful landscape without having to carry or lead the kayak. In direction north there are three locks between the lakes Stora Rängen and Ärlången, thereafter in total 5 impressive locks spread out all the way to lake Roxen. The locks are manned during summertime and you will get through on arrival. The cost is 50 SEK per lock and it is paid directly to the lock gard.
